		<description>It is not the carrier, UPS, I believe, who is at fault.
&lt;br /&gt;The seller apparently packaged the product loose in the box. There was no padding whatsoever in the box. It was rattling around in the box when I received the product.
&lt;br /&gt;There is no way for me to tell whether it was damaged internally,
&lt;br /&gt;but the external condition appears OK.
